Výzva k předkládání návrhů na malé lokální projekty 2022

The filled-in application form (see attached) needs to be accompanied by a proof of legal subjectivity of the organization (proof or registration) and also evidence that the person submitting the proposal is authorized to act on behalf of the organization. Applications without the proof of legal subjectivity will be disregarded! The application package is to be delivered b October 8, 2021 both in the electronic form and in hard-copy to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta. All entities that operate on a non-governmental and non-lucrative basis commonly known as CSOs (eg. NGOs, development agencies, small associations etc.) are eligible to apply under the condition of being registered at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Law and Human Rights and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• The expenses will be reimbursed by the embassy after submission of originals of invoices/receipts (no advance payments).
• The project has to be implemented between March and October 2022.
• Please pay attention to the evaluation criteria listed at the end of the identification form.
• The topics need to be related to the SDGs however can largely vary from livelihood enhancement to green recovery and nature conservation.
• The offered funding does not exceed 20 000 EUR (approx. 327 M IDR), and both the personal and travel costs claimed within the budget must not exceed 25 % of the overall budget.
