Ethics and Law Code for the Group Kurzy.cz (valid from 29. 11. 2022)

Texts, articles, contributions, opinions, advertising and other forms of presentation published on the websites of the group Kurzy.cz may not, for ethical reasons, contain any information concerning:

• betting and gambling,
• alcohol,
• cigarettes,
• drug,
• animal products – ie meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, dairy products and honey,
• pornography and erotica,
• violent films, literature and video games
• weapons and weapons industry.

If this information contains the above materials, the operator of websites belonging to the group Kurzy.cz has the right to unpublish these texts and not to broadcast the advertisement.

The advertiser's website and websites to which hypertext links lead from advertisements and advertising texts must contain the business name, ID number and registered office, as well as the contact details of the advertiser or the operator of the website (e.g. email address or telephone number). If the advertisement concerns regulated services or products, registration with the relevant regulator is also mandatory. The aforementioned obligations apply similarly to foreign entities. The non-existence or incompleteness of these data entitles the operators of websites belonging to the Kurzy.cz group to unpublish these texts and not to broadcast advertising.

Websites belonging to the Kurzy.cz group are Kurzy.cz, Bydlet.cz, Meteobox.cz and Yauto.cz..
