To all my fellow friends and minority shareholders of New World Resources. This year is coming to an end. But we are still being wronged, and cheated by so many people who should know better.

Has anyone noticed that there is no “Captain” yet for this new investigative commission into OKD. Well maybe they found some top secret news from 2004 or even further back from the 1990s. But I seriously doubt anything new can be found. In my opinion, all I see is an alleged political game of inaction and dishonesty. Czech People are more than smart enough to know they are being deceived and played the fool by so many nameless alleged sycophants .

Related and important news came out on the 20 December 2017 Wednesday . JSW Polish and OKD neighbour in Silesia has publicly said they will invest and expand their coking coal mines production. The amount is a massive 5.33 billion euro and will be used to increase production. The Czechs want to close down our highly profitable OKD that has lower cash costs than their Polish counterparts at JSW. I have a real problem with this and my fellow minority shareholders and I also believe most Czech people can not believe our own eyes.

Perhaps it's time for the Czech people to ask the Czech President Zeman to intervene in regards to OKD. And stop this closing down sale of OKD being done by alleged incompetent nameless people.

So back to my email from Thursday the 7th September 2017. This letter from the UK regulator FCA is in regards to NWR, Bakala, AHG Group, Directors.
Due to legal rights I can not comment and or show you the contents of this letter. But I will show you a small part that I hope will not get me personally into trouble. It is a real case and we the minority shareholders and Pavol Krupa have gone to a lot of trouble to bring justice to those alleged criminals who allegedly destroyed, plundered, bankrupted falsely NWR and OKD. I allege the current Czech courts cases are the real reason stopping the regulators from taking any actions against Bakala, the AHG Group and the former company directors.

So while the Czech courts take years to do what in my opinion is inaction. And all politicians around the world are in my opinion are good at lying and deceiving and playing the people for fools. Use worthless spoken words and inaction to do what against Mr Bakala besides spoken words, sorry I mean nothing???.

So once again Zdeněk Bakala lives in his Switzerland Mansion on lake Geneva living like a King, smoking his lavish cigars smirking and laughing at our misfortune . With billions of euro dollars that don't belong to him.

We the minority shareholders of New World Resources have had long past had enough. We have yearned for justice for almost 2 years and nothing has been done against those who have wronged us. The thievery of OKD still continues and must be stopped. OKD must be returned to us the rightful owners or compensation paid.

The truth will be told especially about OKD being so highly profitable!.

And the closing down of highly profitable OKD coal mines must be stopped.

Paskov can still be saved, before it's to late.

Well this is my opinion but what would I know as I am only part Czech, with many Czech friends and 114 petition signers. And I am only a little Minority shareholder of New World resources who started this petition for my fellow human beings who are only normal people and we have personally suffered a long game of deceit, double dealing, from nameless sycophants!!!.

Especially nameless Czech politicians with there new investigation commission in regards to OKD. The truth is OKD privatisation started in 1990 “Czechoslovakia”!!!.

Czechoslovakia, and from after the date of 1st January 1993 the Country split and they became the Czech and Slovak citizens. So in 1990 citizens could buy into the “Czechoslovakia voucher privatisation” for a 1000KC only a “Czech” o “Slovakian” citizen could buy a voucher book. And then use those vouchers to purchase into upcoming privatised companies or any managed funds of there own choosing.

The Czech state lost it's majority shareholding and control of OKD before 1998!. There are many in my opinion current Czech politicians that are playing a game of deceiving there own Czech People.

Why you ask, Please ask your self and even better ask your politicians that represent and work for your interests.

Why is Zdeněk Bakala living in his Switzerland Mansion on lake Geneva living like a King, smoking his lavish cigars smirking at our misfortune.

Answer: We all know he stole from the Czech People and shareholders an estimated 2 or even 6+ billion euro. He damaged, cheated, swindled, and destroyed so many peoples live’s and companies . He was incompetent how he ran OKD/NWR my evidence and emails and much more will help prove this fact especially if the regulators are allowed to take legal actions through Courts.

Why are the Czech Politicians launching one commission after another. And why an expensive Court case in Prague 2 that’s only in regards to OKD privatisation of the governments minority shareholding back in 2004.

Why are Czech Politicians in denial they sold the peoples majority shareholding of OKD in the 1990s. How can the Prague Court solve the problem when the majority ownership of OKD was sold prior to 1998???.

My email from The European Ombudsman confirmed what I thought was true on the 25th of August 2017. Regulators can not take any actions due to the current Court cases in regards to OKD. Both the Prague 2 Court case about the 2004 minority 44.88% privatisation.( Which I am sure the Facts about coal prices going up after Q2 2014 will prove the buyer was just lucky). Ostrava insolvency Court case in regards to OKD. Well we all know OKD is not bankrupt any more and the insolvency must be annulled.

Please ask your self can you ever believe or trust the words and or actions, sorry I mean inactions of a politician.

OKD was making a profit in the long past years of 2003, 2004, when coking coal and thermal coal prices where both in the 40+ US Dollar range. I was correct about lucky OKD coal prices rising in Q2 2004, due to China!. Czech Courts, and Media I hope you ensure the truth will be told!!!.

26 Nov 2017 Ostrava insolvency Court okd complaint.) I have also sent both Court's letters including the Prague court letters as evidence and a complaint to the Ostrava Insolvency Court!. I do hope the Czech Courts ensure and do what is right based on facts and truth and get the alleged criminal Bakala, AHG Group and directors. My opinion.

Also I sent another letter to the European Commission on the 26 Nov 2017.

The Insolvency Act -debt relief (oddlužení). Czech Insolvency laws this is my opinion and I am not legally qualified so its my own alleged opinion.

But why didn’t the Insolvency court in Ostrava use c) debt relief in regards to OKD and save Paskov. Sorry it's to late my apologies.

In my opinion this would have been justice to punish Citibank and AHG Group like they deserve in my alleged unqualified opinion.

Part 7 The decision that the debtor is not bankrupt § 158.- OKD is not bankrupt because it's solvent and making massive profits!.

Part 8 Cancellation of bankruptcy § 308- Why after 1 year and almost 7 month's does this game of inaction continue?. Please how can OKD be bankrupt in 2004??. OKD was not bankrupt in 2004 when coking coal was at 58usd or less and thermal coal was in the 40+ usd range!. Please we all know the truth!!. Simple maths

- This is Citi-bank suing OKD for debts. And Lee Louda suing them back!. A game of inaction and stale mate!. And stopping the regulators from taking actions in my alleged unqualified opinion.

But I am confident that you will find the regulators CNB, UK FCA, ESMA can not freeze or take control of Bakala assets. Or lay any criminal charges for any alleged crimes in regards to OKD and New World Resources. Because of the current inactions, counter suing at the Czech Courts especially the insolvency Court in Ostrava.

It's stopping the legal process that the regulators must take before any actions for alleged crimes. Bet you didn’t know that!!!.

So if you want to catch Bakala, you know what must be done urgently!!!.

So why is OKD Bankrupt??. Its no longer possible. Because we all know that OKD is and has been making massive profits since Q3 2016.

Why have the Czech Courts not done debt relief it's in Czech Insolvency laws.

Is AHG group and Citi- Bank in league with Czech government?.

Management are alleged incompetent because they would not sell this coal.

Czech Industry Minister Jan Mladek- I know at every chance the town crier said the Czech Government would only pay 1CZK for 100% of OKD. But I am very confused because the Czech Government sold it's minority shareholding of OKD in 2004 and the market valued OKD at the time at 370 million Euro???. - And coking coal at the time in 2004 was selling at 46usd a tonne until 30th March 2004. Then went up from the 1st April 2004 to 58usd usd a tonne.

23 Nov 2017 I have sent a formal complaint to Prague 2 District Court in regards to what is written here about OKD. After many days and nights of intense thinking and great reluctance. I sent our petition names to the Czech Courts. I am sorry but European Commission wants the Czech courts to handle the case. And I do personally fear for some of my Czech friends and any form of retribution. I wish, hope and pray that the District Court in Prague 2 will ensure something is done about getting prime justice served on Bakala!. And the return of OKD to communism where everything is a state asset STOPPED!.

OKD CzechNational Property Fund has said the Govenerment lost 5.7 billion OKD sold the shares below the market price!. But coal prices went up 119%!!. Go figure that out!!.

The European Commission has previously had the same or similar complaint in regards to OKD and nothing was found illegal in 2011”.

Coking coal prices 2004 massive increase spot market starts the year around 90 usd and peaks near a 150 usd a tonne. So how do you value OKD prior to the 28% coking coal increase on 1st April 2004. Or would you be bet on the spot market. Please remember these massive price increase where due to China having a super cycle in growth up-to 13% GDP per year if I remember correct!!!.

So when will the lies stop being told by so many people who should know better. Please we beg you to stop the fabricated evidence, lies and purported documents. Do you think we are really that stupid. OKD is and has always made massive profits from Q3 2016!. And OKD is still lucky to be making massive profits dues to the current high coal prices even now in Nov 2017. Coking coal is near 200usd and thermal at 95+ usd a tonne.
Please do be serious and show a little honesty. Lets start with who we all need to bring to justice.
1 Bakala in my opinion is an alleged Criminal. And a former director and an alleged shadow director of NWR/OKD. He was a very lucky man, but in my opinion also incompetent look he could have sold the coal stock pile and saved NWR/OKD and made a few more billion euro.
2 .I feel AHG Group must get in trouble for the falsely issued bankruptcy petition and selling illegally Debiensko in Poland. Same again why didn't AHG Group sell the coal stock pile?.
3. All former directors of NWR/OKD must also be investigated for crimes too. And refusing to sell the company owned stockpile of coal.
4 .Incompetence!.

Czech Government, Courts, Media, Lee Louda Administrator, OKD Creditors committee and supervisory board. Please do the right thing and lets not fight each other. Bakala has stolen billions of Euro dollars from the Czech Republic. He is our enemy and he must be brought to justice for his alleged crimes.

The minority shareholders of New World Resources are asking you to help and together let's stop the man who has wrong and cheated and plunder us all !.

This is the right thing to do!!.

Well an important week and the games are still being played by so many people who should know better.

In my opinion Bakala and the others as in AHG group and the past directors of OKD and NWR will face alleged criminal charges very soon. They especially I mean as in Bakala have not gotten away yet!

I have not received an answer from European Ombudsman, FCA, Serious Fraud Office. I did proceed to next stage with European commission but note I am not a European citizen but all my ancestry is and most petition signers are also European.

I still feel we will get Justice, but I do not know in what form?. UK Regulator most likely will take charge. But do not rule out the ESMA and European Commission too. And at a later date in the future I will be very happy to thank the European Ombudsman.

Good luck to my fellow minority shareholders/human beings who have and are being wronged by so many people who should know better.

And for coking and thermal coal prices to continue this long lasting rally higher in pricing.

Hello fellow minority shareholders of New World Resources. Well you all know that the Czech Courts moved judgement date to late August 2017. So lets wish and hope for divine intervention from the likes of the European Securities and Markets Authority.

We all yearn for justice against those who have wronged and cheated, and fabricated evidence against us minority shareholders. This is my opinion and maybe just a fantasy but I do feel the alleged criminal Zdenke Bakala will be charged very soon.
