Exceptions to the obligations to fill the arrival form and undergo a test and a self-isolation are described in point I.5 of the Protective Measure of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
!!! Travellers vaccinated in the Netherlands cannot take advantage of exceptions to the obligations to undergo a test for the presence of COVID-19 and a self-isolation for the time being. The reason is that vaccinated persons are not able to present a national certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 disease in the English language according to the conditions stated in the Protective Measure of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
Detailed information - detailed rules for entry of Czech citizens and foreigners to the territory of the Czech Republic can be found on the website of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.
