Hi, I have updated my petition and made it much more simple to read for non share holders. Do you think this is better?. I have written a personal email to the FCA other New World Resources issue. I let you know whats next. please lind and share the petition as the FCA does not investigate single complaints against companies. But if many people or a petition complain they may do something.

Today 11 Oct 2016, Paskov and  NWR/OKD coal mines the same mid-vol coking coal as below so now a very good guess is our coking coal prices for now as in this October, November, December that's called Q4 for 4th quarter of 2016 will now settle above € 179.52 euro dollars

NWR shareholders stop request for liquidation. We want the suspension of shares released.

20,000 people may loose there jobs in the Ostrava region of the Czech Republic indirectly because of a major shareholder allegedly wanting to put the now profitable New World Resources owner of OKD into liquidation. Also 13,000 thousand coal miners, are employed by New World Resources , and thousands of small individual share holders will most likely will face the imminent loss of their jobs and the shareholders shares will most likely become worthless.

Unless the FCA immediately steps in to investigate and collaborate evidence with the London, Prague, Warsaw Stock Exchanges and the Czech Government and the Regional Court in Ostrava (Czech Republic) over the unfair prejudice cause by the business practices of Ad Hoc Group (AHG), which groups together three British investment companies - Ashmore Investment Management Limited, Gramercy Funds Management LLC and M&G Investment Management Limited owner of NWR and OKD. The AHG group currently owns 60% of voting rights, and 65% of New World Resources debt liabilities bonds.

The New World Resources company’s affairs are being and have been conducted in a manner which is unfairly prejudicial to the interests to the majority numbered of smaller shareholders , and also to the 13,000 Employees who risk loosing there jobs if the company was to go into liquidation.

NWR, Management on 3rd May 2016 without allowing the majority of small individual share holders to vote, agreed in an internal meeting and forced the "bankruptcy petition" and the "Suspension of all traded shares" upon us. AHG group has omitted our share holder rights in our moral and legal choice to vote. AHG controls Management, and they have been unwilling to disclose what is the current coking and thermal coal pricing formula for which our company produced products, coking and thermal power station coal . The company has been making a profit since June 2016 according to a report in Czech media. Note at this current time of 7th October 2016 coking coal is up almost + 300% since the lows of November 2015 and thermal coal is now up almost 200% since the lows of this February 2016. NWR would now be allegedly estimated to be making a profit of 30-40 plus million euro dollars per each month.

I am Aussie czech Shareholder. I have setup an new email address:nwrshareholders@gmail.com . I do work 6 days a week but I am willing in my spare time to help. What AHG group 60+ % owner of NWR shares is doing to us is very wrong. Also I am willing to give all my previously written letters sent to NWR as evidence to any of the Czech or UK authorities . NWR was forced in to an unjust and unneeded bankruptcy petition which I would assume the AHG group took upon there self. Why no AGM or EGM meeting for all us Shareholders to vote for this bankruptcy petition issued on the company on 3rd of May 2016. The backruptcy petition should have never happen it was used to get money allegedly out of the Czech goverment. Why did you not sell the stockpile of coal 100% owned by NWR of 683,000 tonnes in April 2016 this is and was worth  more than the 26 million Euro dollars you got out of the Czech goverment?. We know AHG you also own 65% of the bonds of NWR. I understand English law much better than you estimate and please forgive my bad spelling and grammer. 

I am calling at this EGM for all us shareholders of New World Resources. To vote and also vote in proxy and I promise that I will nominate:Pavol Krupa to represent my proxy vote at the EGM. 

For the immediate suspension of New World resources shares to be released on the LSE, PSE, WSE.  And for trading to resume as normal. Also I am sure the UK financial conduct authority FCA can help here to with the release from suspension of trading and dealing with AGH group/

The fact is New World resouces is making massive profits I would speculate 30 to 40 euro dollars a month profit at market prices for all coal sold. So how can the company be bankrupt or insolvent!. Lee Louda is the administrator and i am happy for him to stay.

In 2020 "Mandatory" they will automatically convert to a 30% share holding of NWR 6,600,000,000. So the NWR unsercured bonds ( Convertible notes) will become shareholders and  will get a total around  1,980,000,000 shares.

Paskov mines, medium volatile coking coal and cash cost around $100 euros a tonne. Starting now my best guess for  Paskov contacts for Q4 Quarter 2016 which is now, October, November, December NWR coking coal contract will settle around 170- 190 Euro dollars a tonne. And my guess would be 65-70 Euro dollars a tonne for NWR thermal power station coal. This is assuming my best guess that most likely quarterly coal contacts are being used for all of New World Resources coal sold.

The bankruptcy petition could have been avoided if management sold the coal stock pile it is now a proven fact. The Czech Goverment will want all the miners/employees to keep there jobs and I feel the same way. 

The Czech Court in Ostrava, has said they will reorganize the debt of New World Resources. The company is now making massive profits. In the media, something about a debt reduction to 2.5% or   2.5% is recoverable? Unkown". 

The debt issue is complex, but I agree with the Czech Goverment that they have been black mailed into giving money allegedly. But as a Share holder and I have personally put more of my own  money in 2014 to keep this company going. My should I be punished for someone else's bad deeds, Mr Bakala.

AHG Ashmore group in my opinion did a very bad deed when the 60% major shareholder took it's own interest above everyone else and put New World Resources in a  bankruptcy petition through court. Well let me tell you AHG I have many copies of all the letter I wrote to management and look in this forum too. You will listen to us and if you try cheat or mislead us smaller shareholders we will lanuch a class action in court against you!. 

The facts now show the Czech gover,ment knows your real motive. Why rush to declare bankruptcy petition on May 2nd of 2016. You wanted to claim the whole company for your self.

683,000 tonnes in NWR/OKD  stockpile is my  estimation I have calculated after Q1 2016 this April 2016 figures. Please correct me if I am wrong. This would equal if sold at  50 Euro dollars a tonne $34,1450,000 Euro's. Now at 65 euros a tonne $44,395,000 euros.

Also note you NWR said in a recent statement 8,000,000 euros is held in a subdivision business of OKD our NWR PLC. And share holders will most likely recieve this amount of money.

Fact is you AHG tried a megalomaniac plan and failed. We are watching you and the Czech goverment knows your plan. You AHG where not obligated to bankrupt NWR with out us other share holders voting to accept this forced upon us " bankruptcy petition".

I am willing help start a class action with other fellow share holders if needed against you AGH group. 

Ohh I almost forget everything I say is alleged so you can use that in your English court.

Attention of: Lee Louda, The insolvency administrator of OKD 

I am a long suffering shareholder of New World Resources and owner of OKD. Please can you take it of the utmost seriousness about having the order given or made possible for the immediate releasing of the suspended shares of New World Resources on the London(LSE), Prague(PSE), Warsaw(WSE).

Please forgive me if your not aware, but I must inform you that coking coal  has made massive increase in pricing. 

As of this Friday the 16th September 2016, coking coal has traded been sold for up to $212 US Dollars a tonne. Thermal coal is up a much smaller amount.

Please Dear Sir Lee Louda , as the custodian /  administrator of   New World Resources NWR PLC.

Please have a most serious look at this new idea of am passing on to you now. 

Would you please if possible have the now suspended shares  of NWR PLC shares released to traded as normal. 

Back on 24th Feb 2016 Zdenke Bakala CERCL Mining Holdings B.V. gave all his entire 50.51% share holdings being 3,362,527,578  shares "Beneficial holding" of "NWR Plc"!.

Well given very high coking coal pricing the markets could value the shares many, many times better than what the last traded price. You all ready have the shares listed and held by you at NWR Plc. Why not sell these shares of New World Resources that are all ready held by Management. You will not have to reissue any shares and only pay a small commission on the London or Prague Stock Exchange to sell the NWR shares.  

You could use this money from the sold shares to pay all or most debt off. Maybe if we the share holders are lucky you could sell all the shares for a very high price. And use the rest for future expansion of company. Please if possible make management learn never ever pay dividends when they have any debt!. 

 Also in regards to the listed bankruptcy petition mention that will take place in the future in Ostrava on the 11th October 2016. Would you please pass on the relevant information if possible to the honourable Magistrate servicing these matters about OKD/NWR.

The last few years has been very hard on me being a long suffering share holder of New World Resources. If you can help I would be most grateful and I thank you.

This is only my opinion but please fellow share holders write an email to New World Resources and beg, ask for the suspension on our shares to be released immediately.

Also the only thing New World Resources at this present time needs to reorganize is it's debt structure those troublesome  bonds that were issued.

Paskov produces Medium Volatile Coking coal and with cash costs hopefully under $100 Euros a tonne. It is now making or will in next month as in 3 month contract Q4 coking coal contact will 

be making very large profits. Paskov is now a great money making asset and not a liability.

This will also mean if coal prices hopefully rally and go higher or stay near this level all employees will keep there jobs which is great news for all.

Australian Coking Coal (Platts) Low Vol Swap Futures. On friday 26 August 2016 12,000 tonnes went through at $135US dollars a tonne for September 2016 contracts. Also 4,000 at $135 us dollars for each of the futures contracts for April, May and June 2017.

And I have told Management in writing I that once again that I am willing to do so again if they need more cash to keep New World resources up and running. I also noted that they must sell there stockpile of coal even to Ukraine. Also now Turkey has new 15% tax on almost everyone in country except exports from Poland. So some Polish companies would be interested to buy and sell NWR coal at this very moment.

I have stood on the side of employees who are victims of Bakala as well. In my opinion all his dealings especially with NWR must be investigated. Maybe because the company had over 520 Million euro cash in 2011, where did it all go. They maybe will find something hidden in the capex as example or in his many different business names.

Coal finance deal worth up to 78 million euros in future Reorganise NWR . I am unsure about this deal as it maybe not in the shareholders interest. And I am unsure what they mean what is the deal? Idea? in detail..

Coke that Metalimex makes, needs 20 tonnes of coking coal from companies like NWR to make 16 tonnes of coke. Coke prices have sky rocketed in China currently at 197 Us dollars of Friday 26 August 2016.

I am sure that the Secured Senior notes are due July 2020, And the Convertible Notes are due at end of 2020. NWR does not have to pay any cash or reissue these notes for many years. Please correct me if I am wrong!.

Euro 35 million super-senior credit facility can be refinanced this Oct 2016 as NWR is now making good profits. This would also apply to the ECA Lenders I am sure be willing to refinance.

 Insolvency trustee: Ing. Lee Louda, Vodickova 41, 110 00 Prague 1 ... guarantor, New World Resources N.V . I am sure Lee Louda will do a better job than past NWR management as they had very stupid and crazy ideas to bring coal from U.S.A . When they wouldn't even try to sell there own coal produced by NWR look at the past stockpile.

We the New World Resources shareholders have been through hell and so much pain. Thank you to the government for helping. Even in Australia the government has helped companies enduring similar problems.

Coal finance deal worth up to 78 million euros in future Reorganise NWR . I am unsure about this deal as it maybe not in the shareholders interest. And I am unsure what they mean what is the deal? Idea? in detail..

Coke that Metalimex makes, needs 20 tonnes of coking coal from companies like NWR to make 16 tonnes of coke. Coke prices have sky rocketed in China currently at 197 Us dollars of Friday 26 August 2016.

I am sure that the Secured Senior notes are due July 2020, And the Convertible Notes are due at end of 2020. NWR does not have to pay any cash or reissue these notes for many years. Please correct me if I am wrong!.

Euro 35 million super-senior credit facility can be refinanced this Oct 2016 as NWR is now making good profits. This would also apply to the ECA Lenders I am sure be willing to refinance.

 Insolvency trustee: Ing. Lee Louda, Vodickova 41, 110 00 Prague 1 ... guarantor, New World Resources N.V . I am sure Lee Louda will do a better job than past NWR management as they had very stupid and crazy ideas to bring coal from U.S.A . When they wouldn't even try to sell there own coal produced by NWR look at the past stockpile.

We the New World Resources shareholders have been through hell and so much pain. Thank you to the government for helping. Even in Australia the government has helped companies enduring similar problems.

Coking coal prices jumped $ 11 / mt to $ 125.50 / mt CFR China Low Volume for the week just ending Friday the 19th August 2016  the largest to Increase since February 2011, and a price level not seen since September 18, 2014. So lets prey and hope , wish for this rally in coal prices to continue. And yes Even Paskov owned by New World Resources must be making a profit now Because Coking coal prices at around the $ 110 euros a tonne mark. Last year Cash Costs Were Euro at $ 100 dollars a tonne. They have now but Real Employees and production at Paskov ?.

Also  5500 Coal calorific value thermal coal in China is now 20 August 2016 priced at 75.15 US dollars a tonne.

Also please correct me if I am wrong. Would I be wrong to assume that most of the 13,000 Czech workers that work for New World Resources/OKD have own own some shares of this company. Why are we all being treated like it was our fault about the Bakala paying his sell big diveneds, cash capital returns, loading the company with excessive amounts of debt. I am unsure if these debt bonds, sercured and notes are linked to real money or just a derivative traded on an Exchange. Also he lied in IPO the initial public offering, about the real estate 40,000 appartments near Ostrava. And also big lies about the coal reserves of New Word resources in the 2008 IPO.

Coking coal price on 16th August 2016 is now at $121 US dollars a tonne. Or about $110 Euro dollars a tonne. New World Resources cash costs in 2015 were 65 Euros including Paskov, or 60 Euro's not including Paskov .

I also think they have been reducing staff numbers and bad Management. Sorry
