We the shareholders of NWR need a good Lawyer like this Austrian mans who wins in court against the powerful banks. Does anyone know a simlar Lawyer in Czech Republic?. So we can sue the Directors of NWR in court for failing there work duties to us shareholders and get lots of compensation!.
Well reading this European Union Law “International jurisdiction 1” does mean in my limted understanding that the Czech Court in Ostrava has total control over all of New World Resources/OKD. Also I would assume in act (16) the Ostrava Court could order provisional protective measures for Karbonia S.A Dębieńsko even to apply in another member state like the Netherlands. And the Netherlands part of NWR would only be able to sell assets held within the Netherlands and not in any other countries So lets hope someone please Regulators is listening or our complaints get answered.
