Good day Dear Sir/Madam

Attention of: Lee Louda, The insolvency administrator of OKD 

I am a long suffering shareholder of New World Resources and owner of OKD. Please can you take it of the utmost seriousness about having the order given or made possible for the immediate releasing of the suspended shares of New World Resources on the London(LSE), Prague(PSE), Warsaw(WSE).

Please forgive me if your not aware, but I must inform you that coking coal  has made massive increase in pricing. 

As of this Friday the 16th September 2016, coking coal has traded been sold for up to $212 US Dollars a tonne. Thermal coal is up a much smaller amount.

Please Dear Sir Lee Louda , as the custodian /  administrator of   New World Resources NWR PLC.

Please have a most serious look at this new idea of am passing on to you now. 

Would you please if possible have the now suspended shares  of NWR PLC shares released to traded as normal. 

Back on 24th Feb 2016 Zdenke Bakala CERCL Mining Holdings B.V. gave all his entire 50.51% share holdings being 3,362,527,578  shares "Beneficial holding" of "NWR Plc"!.

Well given very high coking coal pricing the markets could value the shares many, many times better than what the last traded price. You all ready have the shares listed and held by you at NWR Plc. Why not sell these shares of New World Resources that are all ready held by Management. You will not have to reissue any shares and only pay a small commission on the London or Prague Stock Exchange to sell the NWR shares.  

You could use this money from the sold shares to pay all or most debt off. Maybe if we the share holders are lucky you could sell all the shares for a very high price. And use the rest for future expansion of company. Please if possible make management learn never ever pay dividends when they have any debt!. 

 Also in regards to the listed bankruptcy petition mention that will take place in the future in Ostrava on the 11th October 2016. Would you please pass on the relevant information if possible to the honourable Magistrate servicing these matters about OKD/NWR.

The last few years has been very hard on me being a long suffering share holder of New World Resources. If you can help I would be most grateful and I thank you.

I will keep praying and wishing for this Coking and thermal coal rally to continue on higher and higher. And I will also pray for us long suffering share holders of New World Resources to be saved. And for NWR listed shares to trade at 10- 40+ UK Pence very soon but maybe I am dreaming to much.
