TELECOMS, TECH -- Telecoms group Ipse, led by Spain's Telefonica <TEF.MC>, likely to sell its high-speed frequencies to TIM <TLIT.MI>, Vodafone <VOD.L> and Wind, and make cash payment to 3 Italia this week.
