Rufus: "Pridas k tomu pana profesora Laurence Kotlikoffa (tezka vaha z Boston University), ktery se nechal slyset na konferenci, kterou poradala privatni bamka Wegelin, ze USA jsou v horsim fiskalnim stavu nez Recko, alebrz maji fiskalni mezeru 14x vetsi nez GDP zeme, pricemz ten samy faktor dosahuje u Recka hodnoty 11."
Fakta: "IMF: closing the fiscal gap requires a permanent annual fiscal adjustment equal to about 14 per cent of US GDP."
Fakta: "CBO: long-term alternative fiscal scenario confirm the IMF’s findings. Based on the CBO data, closing the fiscal gap requires an annual fiscal adjustment of roughly 8-12 percent of GDP."
Kotlikoff: "Unpublished calculations by Stephan Moog, Christian Hagist, and Bernd Raffelheuschen of the University of Freiburg: The comparable figures for Greece are slightly lower than those for the United States."
Kotlikoff: "The United States is not Greece — or any other country, for that matter. Because it issues the world’s reserve currency, it undoubtedly will be able to borrow longer and at lower rates than most countries."
Kotlikoff: "The United States is hardly alone. Europe and Japan are also reaching the tipping point thanks to decades - long policies of passing the generational buck. And China, with its own rapidly aging population, is increasingly following the Western model of taking from the young and giving to the old."
Kotlikoff: "The United States and most of the euro-member countries are effectively bankrupt. Resolving these bankruptcies is going to be extremely painful and is likely to spell the end of the European Monetary Union."
Kotlikoff: "There are other less apocalyptic, perhaps more plausible, but still quite unpleasant, scenarios that could result from multiple equilibria."
Kotlikoff: "Unfortunately, we do not have up-to-date figures on the fiscal gap in the current and perspective euro-member countries. But from previous work, we know that the fiscal gaps in almost all of these countries, measured as a share of GDP, are much larger than in the United States. That would not tell us much if the U.S. fiscal gap were modest. It’s not. Indeed, it’s enormous."
Kolik ho asi máme my?
A hlavně, argumentovat s tím v neprospěch ami a ve prospěch evropy prostě nelze.
Pár zemí západu má tento gap pěkný.
Ovšem obecně, ami a evropa a zbytek euroatlantidy a čína a japonsko a ..., společně chyceni, společně pověšeni.
... bude se holt více danit, déle pracovat, více inflatovat a dost krachovat. Nic, co by tu už nebylo.

1.scénář: okamžitě a trvale zvýšit veškeré daně o 64%
2.scénář: vyčkat 20 let, a poté zvýšit ony daně trvale o 77%
3.scénář: vyčkat 40 let a poté zvýšit již napořád daně o 93%, ev. provést výdajové škrty o 53%, ev. to nakombinovat, každopádně odkráčet rovnou do druhohor. Ale až za 40 let, to mě nep& ...
