10:30pm ET - The severe threat has lessened over most of the area except the southeast Big Bend. Our attention next turns to warm moist air moving over a stalling outflow boundary in the Panhandle and western Big Bend. Concerns with this boundary revolve around the flooding risk overnight if storm coverage increases and/or stronger storms develop. 2 to 3 inches of rain in spots has occurred today, and with high moisture content (AKA "precipitable waters") rainfall rates will be approaching 2 to 3" per hour in the stronger storms tonight if they develop.
