By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 28 February 2024, Mikhail Balakin has been appointed as the Director of the Data, Projects and Processes Department. He previously held the position of the Director of the Projects and Processes Department.
The regulator established the Data, Projects and Processes Department on 15 January 2024. The new department will be responsible for the areas associated with projects and processes management at the Bank of Russia, as well as data governance.
The Projects and Processes Department and the Data Governance Department will terminate the functioning from 27 April 2024.
