Because Bakala bought OKD through his company Charles Capital.

“According to Charles Capital's financial statement for 2004, the purchase price was only 4.01 billion (czk) crowns to buy OKD, which is a little less than Karbon Invest had paid a few month’s earlier from the Czech state in 2004 privatisation sale of its remaining 45.88% minority shareholding to Viktor Koláček and Petr Otava.

Viktor Koláček and Petr Otava sold OKD at a LOSS to Bakala it's a fact!.

Czech Republic prosecutor proclaiming Czech state lost 5. 7 billion czk. Its not possible when thermal coal at the time in Czech Government documents quote thermal coal prices around $26.75 and coking coal around $50-$60 . Note the current 29^th September 2018 pricing of thermal coal is $101+ and coking coal around $200+!.

So it seems it's now a fact that the Czech government got 55.4% of value of what Bakala paid for the whole (100%) OKD which is 7.4 billion czk.

Which is all the evidence and is indisputable in any reasonable Court on this Planet.

That the Czech Republic in 2004 privatisation sale of OKD sold it's remaining minority 45.88% shareholding in OKD and received at or above market prices that was 4.1 billion czk and is proof and a fact that can not be changed.

Except allegedly maybe to Tomáš Černý prosecution in the May 2018 court case below which he lost and then it seems foolishly appealed?..

Zdenek Bakala has now officially refused to attend the waist of time Commission that does not any legal powers like a Court.

But its a fact that Switzerland is not a member of the Euro zone. Czech law and courts have no jurisdiction what so ever over getting Zdenek Bakala charged while he lives in Switzerland!.

Also Czech Government sold the majority of OKD including former OKD apartments in late 1996. So in Czech law I believe it's all time barred by a 20 year limit.

As you can see in my letter to Lee Louda and OKD management that the only way Bakala will ever be brought to justice.

Is if all these time wasting games played by the nameless faces in Czech Government stop the waist off time Court cases in regards to OKD.

So the UK FCA Regulator can take leadership and control of the complex situation that Bakala allegedly created around OKD. UK is a financial hub of high world standards. And they can and will cooperate with the ESMA European Regulator and many other agencies.

The UK regulator also has close financial ties with Switzerland, that the Czech Republic is not so lucky to have.

Most coal miners would trade on or near earning multiplies around 10-13 times (PE ratios). The Czech government sold its remaining 44.8% minority shareholding in 2004, which at the time valued OKD at 370,000,000 euros, was worth 130-169 million euros.

So Czech republic really did get market prices when it sold OKD and all its coal mines in between 1998 and early 2004. The machinery and expenses cost to run and work and mine all add up.

It's a fact, just look at global coal prices it's all the evidence the world can see with its own eyes.

Has anyone noticed that there is no “Captain” yet for this new investigative commission into OKD. Well maybe they found some top secret news from 2004 or even further back from the 1990s. But I seriously doubt anything new can be found. In my opinion, all I see is an alleged political game of inaction and dishonesty. Czech People are more than smart enough to know they are being deceived and played the fool by so many nameless alleged sycophants .

Related and important news came out on the 20 December 2017 Wednesday . JSW Polish and OKD neighbour in Silesia has publicly said they will invest and expand their coking coal mines production. The amount is a massive 5.33 billion euro and will be used to increase production. The Czechs want to close down our highly profitable OKD that has lower cash costs than their Polish counterparts at JSW. I have a real problem with this and my fellow minority shareholders and I also believe most Czech people can not believe our own eyes.

So back to my email from Thursday the 7th September 2017. This letter from the UK regulator FCA is in regards to NWR, Bakala, AHG Group, Directors.
Due to legal rights I can not comment and or show you the contents of this letter. But I will show you a small part that I hope will not get me personally into trouble. It is a real case and we the minority shareholders and  Pavol Krupa have gone to a lot of trouble to bring justice to those alleged criminals who allegedly destroyed, plundered, bankrupted falsely NWR and OKD. I allege the current Czech courts cases are the real reason stopping the regulators from taking any actions against Bakala, the AHG Group and the former company directors.

The thievery of OKD still continues and must be stopped. OKD must be returned to us the rightful owners or compensation paid.

The truth will be told especially about OKD being so highly profitable!.

And the closing down of highly profitable OKD coal mines must be stopped.

Paskov can still be saved, before it's to late.
