ZDravím ve spolek. Chtěl bych se zeptat. Ve druhé polovině tohoto měsíce by měla Erste začít odkupovat své akcie. Mohu prosím poprosit radu zkušenějších a trhu znalejších, zda by to mohlo být kurzotvorné případně zda se někde objevilo, jaká to bude částka a kdy se má začít? Děkuji za zprávu. Psali něco o odkupu 2 % což když vezmeme ( 300 mil eur x 24 kč/euro): + - 815 kč/ akcie tak je to nějakých 8,9 mil Ks akcií. je to zhruba tak? mejte se.

Pokud myslíš 2 % emitovaných akcií, pak je to 8,596 mil., což je tak zhruba to, co jsi spočítal (s přihlédnutím k tomu, že si nechali rezervu na vyšší cenu).

Allah says, “And [the example of] Mary, the daughter of 'Imran, who guarded her chastity, so We blew into [her garment] through Our angel, and she believed in the words of her Lord and His scriptures and was of the devoutly obedient”In addition to the Glorious Qur’an, there are loads of Aḥādīth referring to the stature of Maryam among Muslims and how they respect and revere her greatly. Abū Hurayrah said, "I heard Allah's Messenger (PBUH) say, “There is no one born among the off-spring of Adam, but Satan touches it. A child therefore, cries loudly at the time of birth because of the touch of Satan, except Mary and her child." Allah is truly All-Knowing, All-Aware.”[ii] (The Qur’an, Al-Hujarāt, 49: 13) From this verse, it becomes apparent that differences among humankind have been created for the explicit purpose, namely, human beings might establish particular relationships so they might know one another.[iii] Therefore, if every human being would live alone, dissociating himself from others, then this objective of getting to know one another would not be achieved.In his Islam First[iv], the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad Al-Tayeb states that according to the Glorious Qur’an, there are three interrelated facts with regard to Islam’s view of humanity:The first fact is that it is out of Allah’s Will that people are created different in religion, creed, color, language and gender. Moreover, such differences never change or vanish;The second fact comes as a consequence of the first which is that it is inevitable that the relationship between different tribes and nations be based on “taʿāruf”, meaning: mutual cooperation. The Qur’an stipulates this rule clearly when saying, “You who believe, be steadfast in your devotion to God and bear witness impartially: do not let hatred of others lead you away from justice, but adhere to justice, for that is closer to righteous.” (Qur’an 5: 8) 1. As equal citizens in the same country, non-Muslims have the right to security of their lives, property and houses of worship. This right is extended also to any non-Muslim, even if he is not a citizen. Such protection is offered also to the non-Muslim visitors. 1. In case of telling non-Muslims about Islam, a Muslim is ordered to argue with them in the best manner and to keep good ties with them even when they refuse to accept Islam, as long as they do not fight or harm Muslim. It is crystal clear from the above-mentioned regulations that Islam is keen on establishing harmonious community, where all of its members respect each other and shoulder the responsibility of achieving prosperity and progress for the community at large, and humanity as a whole. This, in turn, leads to establishing peaceful community free of all aspects of extremism and terrorism.

Co myslíte,má cenu ještě přikoupit,neni pozdě?

účetní hodnota na akcii bude kolem 50€, pokud byde i buyback, kurz by se mohl dostat ke 40€, tj 15% nad současnost. Pro dlouhodobý horizont (2 a více let) určitě dokupovat, na krátkodobou spekulaci závisí jak trh vyhodnotí poklesy v Německu (a Rakousku) vs. výsledky. Dlouhodobě - za 3 roky by se kurz mohl dostat nad 46€, k tomu třeba 3x2€ čistá dividenta, máte 50% zhodnocení za 3 roky. A to ve stabilní společnosti..

Kdy budou vyhlášeny?

Erste reportuje na konci 2. měsíce po skončení období, tedy konec srpna. Vzhledem k tomu, že se i přes léto drží a mírně rostou, lze předpokládat, že prosakují první data o tom, že to žádný průšvih nebude.

Tak už je to několik měsíců, co jsem do Rakouska posílal formulář pro vratku daně z divi. Pravda, cca po měsíci mě přišlo jakési jejich daňové ID, ale od té doby ticho po pěšině. Nevíte někdo, za jak dlouho takovou věc tamní soudruzi zprocesují? Né, že by mě to vytrhlo, ale jsem zvědavej, jestli se to povede ;-)

Tak to je dost divný, kdy jsi to odesílal? Já původně koukal na žádost přes SCP a tam je v podmínkách, že to může trvat až deset měsíců. Na druhou stranu na netu jsem našel, že průměrně vyplací cca za tři měsíce (což v mém případě už uběhlo).

Já to procesova přes Fio Broker a makléř mi sdělil, že je to ještě v limitu. Po prázdninách to začnu řešit .

Smazaný spam.

V průběhu měsíce června byly v rámci manažerských obchodů aktivní pouze dvě společnost, a to Erste Group Bank a Vienna Insurance Group. Z českých společností neprobíhaly žádné manažerské obchody.---V měsíci červnu bylo aktivních pět členů představenstva společnosti Erste, a to předseda představenstva Willibald Cernko, dále Alexandra Habeler-Drabek, David O'Mahony, Stefan Dörfler a Maurizio Poletto, kteří v rámci zaměstnaneckého akciového programu 6. 6. nakoupili akcie v objemu 4340 EUR (za referenční cenu při uzavření trhu dne 26. 06. 2023). Rovněž získali ze zaměstnaneckého akciového programu akcie v objemu 2402 EUR....
